Artist of the Week: Wynne ⚡️

Keeping with our celebration of exceptional female artists, this week’s spotlight shines on Wynne, the 26-year-old hip-hop artist from Portland. Wynne discovered her love for freestyling at the age of 9, drawing inspiration from artists such as Lupe Fiasco, Eminem, and Jay Z. She began gaining momentum in 2016 when videos of her freestyling went viral. She opted to complete her college education before fully pursuing music, and upon graduation, she dropped her debut album, “If I May..”

Known for her thought-provoking lyrics and clever wordplay, Wynne’s music keeps you on your toes, making you replay tracks to catch all her quick-witted lines. Her latest collaboration with WowGr8, “Cut & Paste,” embodies her confidence and authenticity. The song has a chill and infectious vibe, with placements on several top editorial playlists.
